- No setup fee and no long-term contract on the Portfolio Data Workbook — pay-as-you-go means just that. The Custom Build includes a one-time build fee and an annual maintenance retainer, scoped per engagement.
- Does this work with our existing portfolio format?
- Yes. We use loose column mapping to handle a wide variety of CSV formats — address, parcel ID, APN, folio, square footage, lease type. No reformatting required before starting.
